As the weather cools down for fall, you can warm up with this hearty Southwestern chili! It is filled with beef, corn, beans, and so much flavor!!

Ingredients

Instructions
Cook ground meat in a large stock pot until done.
Remove and replace the pot on heat.
Add cooking oil, onion and garlic. Cook until soft - about 5 minutes.
Add in all seasonings and stir for about 1 minute.
Add all other ingredients and bring to simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, and tortilla chips.
