In a large bowl add all of the ingredients and stir together to form a cookie dough.
Using 1 tablespoon, scoop the batter and roll into balls.
Store covered in the fridge.
Notes
Swap out the almond flour for another nut/seed flour, such as sunflower seed flour. If you’re avoiding almonds, grinding raw sunflower seeds into a fine flour is a perfect alternative.Switch the peanut butter for sunflower seed butter, cashew butter, or almond butter instead!Substitute agave syrup for the maple syrup if desired.
