Easy Ingredient Swaps

While the recipe itself is already pretty simple, here are some substitutions that could be made if you’re missing an ingredient or even had nut allergy.

Swap out the almond flour for another nut/seed flour, such as sunflower seed flour. If you’re avoiding almonds, grinding raw sunflower seeds into a fine flour is a perfect alternative.

Switch the peanut butter for sunflower seed butter, cashew butter, or almond butter instead!

Substitute agave syrup for the maple syrup if desired.
