Ingredients
Peaches
10-12largepeachesskinned, pit removed and sliced
1/4cupsugar
1tablespooncinnamon
OR
8-10cups canned peaches
Cobbler
12tablespoonsmelted butter
2 1/4cupall purpose flour
2 1/4cupsugar
1tablespoonbaking powder
3/4teaspoonsalt
1/4cup milk
Instructions
Peaches
If using fresh peaches, combine sliced peaches in a bowl with cinnamon sugar. Stir till all peaches are coated. Keep in fridge to marinate a few hours, or just while you mix up the cobbler.
If using canned peaches, simply measure them out and set off to the side until ready to incorporate.
Cobbler
Combine melted butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk in a bowl.
Spray the bottom of a 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Pour peaches in bottom of pan and spread until an even layer.
Pour or scoop cobbler on top of peaches.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
