Unicorn Marshmallow Popcorn

This 6-ingredient Unicorn Marshmallow Popcorn is sweet, sticky, and perfectly pink. It's an easy no-bake treat for any unicorn party!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz salted butter
  • 16 oz mini white marshmallows, divided
  • 3.5 oz package of strawberry jello
  • 12 cups plain popped popcorn Use air popped or plain microwave popcorn
  • 1 cup pastel colored marshmallows
  • Sprinkles, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large stockpot melt the butter of low heat
  • Once the butter is melted add in the bag of white marshmallows and let them melt. Stir constantly until melted.
  • Remove the pot from heat and add the strawberry Jello. Stir until fully mixed and the color is pink throughout.
  • Gently fold in the popcorn, mix gently until well coated.
  • Spread the mixture out on parchment paper and sprinkle with pastel marshmallow and sprinkles.
  • Let cool for 10-15 minutes and serve.
