Thanksgiving Matching Game Printable

Description

This Thanksgiving Matching Game turns colorful holiday pictures into a memory game the whole family can enjoy together.

Players take turns flipping over two cards to find identical pictures. Find a match and keep the pair. The player who collects the most pairs wins!

From pumpkin pie and turkeys to autumn leaves and favorite Thanksgiving foods, the cheerful illustrations make this a fun activity for family gatherings, kids’ tables, and Thanksgiving parties. No reading is needed to match the pictures.

This game is also included in the Ultimate Thanksgiving Game Pack.

What’s included:

• A 5-page printable PDF
• Three picture sheets featuring 27 different Thanksgiving pictures
• One optional matching card back sheet
• Game directions and basic printing instructions

Easy to adapt for your players

Start with 6–12 pairs for younger children or a shorter game. Use all 27 pairs for a bigger memory challenge. You can also play cooperatively or leave the cards face up so younger children can practice finding matches.

Print, cut, and play

Print each picture sheet twice to create 54 cards with 27 identical pairs. Cardstock is recommended to keep the pictures from showing through. Print at Actual Size or 100% scale, then cut along the lines. A paper trimmer makes straight cuts easier.

Optional card backs are included. Test one sheet first to check your printer’s alignment before printing the remaining backs.
