With Mother’s Day fast approaching I was searching for some brunch recipes to use this weekend and decided I’d share with you some of my favorites. I’ve used a few in the past and plan to use a couple of these this weekend. I’m hosting a Mother’s Day Brunch this Saturday for my Mom (here’s how last year’s brunch turned out) and can’t wait to share this years details with you next week! Stay tuned!

These Mother’s Day brunch ideas are all easy enough for older kids and non-cooking husbands to assemble if you want to pass along your favorites. Some of them would even be fun to make with your family, if you’re worried about how they’ll turn out without you, or your kids are too young. No matter how you do it, I recommend trying them all!
Mother’s Day Brunch Recipes She’s Going to LOVE
Breakfast Pizza by The Country Cook (I’m on board with pizza anything). This would make a novel and fun idea for a hearty and delicious addition to the brunch table. I know my mom would love it!

Bacon Egg Cups by Sugar & Spice Gals. I’m making this for our Mother’s Day celebration. I already know my whole family will love them so I’m making extras, so that I don’t run out!

Pineapple Mango Smoothie by Natashas Kitchen. These are so pretty and I can’t wait to serve these on Mother’s Day. I’m going to serve a smaller serving so that no one fills up on smoothie because we have soooo much food planned.

Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Casserole by Blackberry Babe. How delicious does this look?! This makes a great option for anyone who loves a little sweet with breakfast…basically everyone in my family!

Blueberry Croissant Puff by The Girl Who Ate Everything (I seriously need this in my life each week!)

Cheesy Frittata by One Creative Mommy. I love loading in veggies with my eggs and cheese!

Blender Oatmeal Pancakes by Cookies and Kate. I’m not gonna lie, I basically want a whole stack of these pancakes….for myself.

Homemade Granola Parfait by Yummy Healthy Easy (I think this is something my husband could actually assemble on Mother’s Day for me)

Omelette in a Bag by Fav Family Recipes. This recipe has so many benefits! You can make several at once so your not just standing at the stove for an hour taking orders. Kids (and everyone else) can assemble theirs exactly the way they want it. Win win!!
