In honor of International Cake day, coming up on July 20th, I thought I’d round up some delicious no-bake cake recipes!

These are perfect for when you want to make a cake, but don’t have access to an oven or if you’d just prefer a cool cake. Especially during the summer time, these can be a great option for having at a summer party.

So, without further ado, here are my recommendations for fun, easy no-bake cakes to make!

Chocolate – This cake combines chocolate graham crackers, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips to give you the most decadent, chocolatey ice box cake! As a chocoholic myself, I am about ready to run to the store and get the ingredients to make this right now!!

Chocolate Eclair – I’m not going to lie, looking at this cake made me think of s’mores. Do you see it? While not the same, both s’mores and eclairs use similar flavors. So, you could leave this recipe as it is and enjoy an eclair flavor OR swap out vanilla pudding for marshmallow whip to make a s’mores cake.

Oreo – Oreo anything might just be my all time favorite dessert flavor. Whether its the Oreo cookies themselves, cookies and cream ice cream, or a no-bake cake like this one, I’m just a sucker for anything Oreo related. So, for my fellow Oreo lovers, this is the dessert to try!

Peanut Butter Chocolate – Ok I said that Oreo is my all time favorite flavor combo for sweets, but chocolate and peanut butter is a close second. Tell me that the cake below doesn’t look INCREDIBLE! If anybody wants to make this and invite me over, I’ll love you forever haha.

Fruity No-Bake Cakes

Raspberry Cheesecake – This is one that my family makes during the holidays. I definitely justify eating like 3 desserts so that I can have some of this one! The graham cracker crust along with the creamy cheesecake layer and tart raspberry layer make this a dessert you’ll keep coming back to.

Strawberry Twinkies – This is just about the easiest cake you could make. With only 5 ingredients, you can pull together a simple yet delicious treat. The Twinkies help give the illusion of you baking when in fact, you’ve just used a pre-made treat. Now that’s a life hack I can get behind!

Strawberry and Blueberry – While it would be great if you have fresh berries, this recipe can also turn out great with frozen ones, making it an ideal dessert to make when berries aren’t in season or you are fresh out of them in your fridge. If you’re a fan of berries and cream, I guarantee you’ll enjoy this one.

Lemon – You know the lemon Girl Scout cookies shaped like a slice of lemon with a sweet glaze on the bottom? This recipe is that but in ice box cake form! The graham cracker layers are like the shortbread cookie, offering just the right amount of sweetness to balance the citrusy lemon flavor. So yummy!

Key Lime – Want even more citrus? Give this key lime eclair cake recipe a try! It is essentially the same recipe as the lemon but with a few tweaks. It’s the perfect dessert for a bright spring day.

Other Flavors

Vanilla Wafer – Although the other flavors can be really fun, sometimes you just want plain old vanilla. It’s reliable, comforting, and familiar. If you have a picky eater in the house or just want something easy on the palate, make this vanilla wafer no-bake cake!

Cake Batter – I’m not generally a big sprinkles person, but I can make an exception for cake batter. This funfetti recipe makes you feel like a kid again with its bright colors and fun shapes. It is a go-to for birthday parties, baby showers, or class parties.

Banana Split – Are you the type of person who likes to add toppings to their ice cream? If so, this is the cake for you. Decked out with syrup, peanuts, cherries, and more, this recipe brings no-bake cakes to the next level!
