It seems like a rite of passage that each young girl wants a Princess Themed Birthday Party. They are so sweet, fluffy and sparkly, I love them! There are three big reasons that this Princess party thrown by Marci Coombs hit a home run in my book.

  1. The cute and very clever names for the party food. I know I am passionate about parties – but I absolutely adore it when party foods are named in fun ways!
  2. I love the the really cute, age appropriate activities for the little princesses.
  3. Marci took the generic “princess” themed decorations and favors out on the market and creatively incorporated personal touches to make the party very unique and special for her little princess.

Take a look at all the fun details!

Princess-Themed Party Food

Chip’s Chips How cute are these!? I couldn’t find these exact party favor bags, but I did find a really cute one that would also work.

If you’re looking for some Disney princess figurines that would work for decorations and for toys, these are perfect!

Sleeping Beauty’s Fluffy Pillows (marshmallows)— This idea is adorable! And so simple to add to the cute food table.

Tiana’s Tiara Sandwiches. Wow, these are adorable. You can also make them with regular white bread. It’s the shape that really makes these sandwiches special! These cookie cutters have a crown shape that would be prefect for these sandwiches.

Jasmine’s Jello complete with a cute princess wand. The wands are decorated with a little bit of ribbon to make them just a little more special!

Cinderella’s Bibbidy Bobbidy Boo Wands (Rice Crispy Treat Wands). Such a cute treat that is sure to please all the little princesses in attendance!

Snow White’s Not So Poisoned Apples

Sliced apples in pink snack cups and the food label says, "Snow White's Not So Poisoned Apples." A great choice for this princess birthday party.

Ariel’s Fish Friends (Goldfish Crackers). These cute little snacks are just put into some cute muffin liners for an easy way to display and stay on theme!

Princess Party Decorations

Marci does something really smart here, she used a princess castle piñata as the table centerpiece – that’s a 2 for 1 decoration. Piñata and centerpiece!

For each place setting she placed a tiara, mirror (from the $ bin at Target) and a candy necklace (that doubled as a napkin ring) around a princess paper plate.

Outside she hung strips of plastic table covers and a princess banner to frame the outdoor activity space – simple and really cute!

Princess Party Activities

A few different stations were set up outside. This one was where they had their fingernails painted and a few spritzes of glitter body spray.

The princesses were all invited to make a candy necklace using a variety of fun treats!

This station was make-up and sweet smelling lotion.

I adore all of the creative ideas Marci incorporated to turn a generic princess themed birthday party into something unique and special for her daughter.

Planning your own princess party? I can’t get over how cute these princess cookie cutters are! They would be perfect for cutting sugar cookies, watermelon slices, sandwiches or letting the girls use them with Play-Doh. So cute!
