Materials for this Reindeer Craft
One thing I love about this reindeer craft is that it is so simple! With the items you already have in your home, you can create an activity that your kids will love!
All you need are:
- A brown paper bag
- Our free printable/ colored paper
- Scissors
- Glue/tape
Crafts don’t get much simpler than this, so grab your items, and let’s bring Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer to life!!
How to Make this Reindeer Craft
Step 1: Gather Together all of your Materials
As mentioned before, you only need 4 items to make this craft: a brown paper bag, our printable, scissors, and an adhesive. For the adhesive, stick glue, liquid glue, or tape can all work great.
Step 2: Cut out the facial features of the reindeer
For this step, simply cut out each of the reindeer’s facial features with paper scissors.
Step 3: Lay the facial features where you want to glue them
Once you’ve cut out all of the facial features, you can arrange them on the brown paper bag to your liking.
You can see that I placed the nose so it was half hanging off of the edge of the folded-over portion of the paper bag. The eyes were placed in the center. For the antlers, I placed them so that the bottom covered the diagonal seam of the paper bag and the ears were placed on top of the antlers.
Step 4: Glue Down Rudolph’s Eyes, Ears, Nose, and Antlers
Next, use your adhesive to attach the facial features to the paper bag. If you use glue, make sure to give it a few minutes to dry!
And just like that, you’re all done!
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Craft Printable
Below I have included the link for my free printable. The printable includes reindeer eyes, a set of antlers, 2 little ears, and a classic red nose! All of the items on the printable are what I used to make the face of the reindeer you see in the pictures.
The nice thing about this craft is that the fun doesn’t have to stop once the reindeer is made.
Ideas for Using this Reindeer Printable:
